Senior Studio Sessions | What to Expect | Jamie Solorio Studio

These sessions are designed as a creative studio experience, we will blend portraiture, editorial influence, and personal style into your senior portraits.

My current senior offerings are studio-based, allowing us to create controlled lighting, cinematic atmosphere, and imagery inspired by fashion editorials, contemporary portraiture, and fine art photography. Whether you gravitate toward minimal and modern, soft and romantic, moody and dramatic, or something more experimental, the goal is to create imagery that feels authentic to you.

What Studio Sessions Include:

• Multiple outfit changes
• Access to a private dressing area
• Guidance with posing and expression
• Editorial-inspired lighting and styling direction
• Creative collaboration before your session
• Optional mood board inspiration welcome
• Tethered shooting during select sessions for image review
• A relaxed environment designed for creativity and confidence

Mood boards, Pinterest references, and inspiration screenshots are always welcome. You do not need to know how to pose or have modeling experience. Part of my role is helping translate ideas into images that feel natural and visually compelling.

Some clients prefer polished and timeless portraits for yearbooks and family gifts, while others want something more artistic, fashion-forward, cinematic, or experimental. There is room for both. Sessions can remain simple and classic, or we can push into more conceptual territory depending on your comfort level and vision.

Because the studio allows for controlled light and styling, these sessions are especially well suited for:
